What is JellyTelly?

JellyTelly is a unique online video and game network for families, developed with VeggieTales© and What’s In the Bible? creator Phil Vischer. As a faith-based alternative to other children’s entertainment, JellyTelly provides families with a safe place to learn and play online and help raise the next generation of Christians. JellyTelly hosts faith-based videos, games, and devotionals created and curated to entertain your children while teaching them about God and faith. Children’s entertainment is endless and oftentimes meaningless, but JellyTelly provides a safe place for your kids to access worthwhile faith-based entertainment via desktop, mobile apps and Roku. Whether you want to spend some quality time with your family or just need a break in the day, JellyTelly is here to provide fun and educational entertainment you can believe in! How many VeggieTales episodes do you have? Will there be more?

As of right now we have 6 VeggieTales episodes as well as 6 Silly Songs with Larry.

We would love to have more episodes available and are always working on expanding our catalog to offer you more options in the future!

If like VeggieTales, we would also highly recommend 321 Penguins, What's in the Bible?, and Micah's Super Vlog! 321 Penguins was created by Big Idea, producers of VeggieTales. What's in the Bible? and Galaxy Buck are from VeggieTale's creator, Phil Vischer. Also, if you're looking for some fun songs, you should check out Sing Through the Bible.

How much does JellyTelly cost?

There are two payment options - monthly and annual. A standard monthly subscription is $4.99 per month. You can save 17% through an annual subscription at $49.99/year. All subscriptions include one free week.

Please note, if you are an annual subscriber, your subscription will automatically renew and your credit card (or PayPal account) will be charged on your renewal date. If you do not want your account to renew, please cancel the account *prior* to your renewal date to avoid an additional charge.

If you are a monthly subscriber, you will be charged on a monthly basis for as long as you’d like the account to stay active. You can cancel at any time.

Please note that cancellation is effective IMMEDIATELY for both subscription types.

How do I pay for my subscription with a linked bank account?

We have added the option to pay via bank account. Now when signing up you can choose Bank Account as your payment method. Once you have entered all required information, we will then need to verify your bank account. That process requires you to retrieve two micro-transactions that will show up from JellyTelly on your bank statement. You will then input the dollar amounts of the transactions in the provided fields under My Profile and click Verify.

Where is JellyTelly available?

JellyTelly is available anywhere in the world! Please note however that we charge subscriptions in USD, you will be charged a small conversion fee if purchasing from outside of the United States.


What devices/apps is JellyTelly available on?

JellyTelly is now available on the App Store, Roku, Google Play and Amazon. For more information on what devices we support, visit our Apps and Devices page here: www.jellytelly.com/apps

Why can’t I play games on my mobile device?

Unfortunately at this time some of the games use a technology called Flash and there isn’t a way to access those Games on mobile browsers. However, you can access several HTML5 games through your mobile browser.

How do I use JellyTelly on my Roku?

Follow these steps and you will be on your way to enjoying JellyTelly on your Roku in no time!

  1. From the Roku home screen, select the Search option on the left side of the screen. Type in JellyTelly, then select it from results list, and then click "Add Channel."
  2. The Roku Activation screen will appear with a code and will direct you to go to www.jellytelly.com/link on your computer.
  3. Once you have arrived at www.jellytelly.com/link, you will be asked to log in with your JellyTelly Username and Password or create an account if you don't yet have one.
  4. After successfully signing in, a screen will appear asking you to enter the code from your Roku. Enter the code that is on your Roku Activation screen.
  5. Now, you should see a message on your computer screen saying that the Roku is linked to your account, and the Roku screen should now have a message saying, "Congratulations! You have successfully linked your Roku player to your JellyTelly account."

Can I take my Roku player with me when I travel?

I just downloaded the iOS app, but I don’t have a username and password. How can I sign up?

You can sign up on our website: www.jellytelly.com Just choose the subscription type you would prefer, and complete the prompts! From there you'll be able to use the login/password you've created to log in on the App. Enjoy your JellyTelly experience!

What plugin do I need to play games on my browser?

To play the JellyTelly games, you will need to install the Flash Player. You can find the download here: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/


How do I switch to the annual subscription for the better rate?

You can update your subscription preference at any time by following these steps:

  1. Go to www.jellytelly.com/login
  2. Log into your account using your Username and Password
  3. Click on the Menu Icon on the top left-hand side
  4. Click "My Account"
  5. Re-type your password to access your profile (for security purposes to access billing info)
  6. Select the annual account subscription choice in the dropdown menu on the right-hand side
  7. Scroll down and click “Submit”

Don’t see this option? You likely set up your account through PayPal, and we would be happy to help you switch over your payment to our new system which will allow you to update your account payment preferences and methods at any point. Just click the orange chat icon on the bottom right and send a quick message with your account username, and we will get you up and running in no time!

I’m having trouble logging in, what should I do?

If you forgot your password, simply go to the JellyTelly login screen and click on the "forgot password?" link to have a reset email sent to you.

How do I reset my password?

You can update your password at any time by following these steps:

  1. Go to www.jellytelly.com/login
  2. Log into your account using your Username and Password
  3. Click on the Menu Icon on the top left-hand side
  4. Click "My Account"
  5. Re-type your password to access your profile (for security purposes due to billing info)
  6. Click “Edit” in orange next to your password
  7. Type in your new password
  8. Re-type in the new password to confirm the change
  9. Click “Save”

How can I change my credit card info?

You can update your password at any time by following these steps:

  1. Go to www.jellytelly.com/login
  2. Log into your account using your Username and Password
  3. Click on the Menu Icon on the top left-hand side
  4. Click "My Account"
  5. Re-type your password to access your profile (for security purposes due to billing info)
  6. Scroll down to the credit card images and enter your new card information including card number, CVC, and expiration date
  7. Click “Submit”

Don’t see this option? You likely set up your account through PayPal, and we would be happy to help you switch over your payment to our new system which will allow you to update your account payment preferences and methods at any point. Can I get a receipt for my subscription payment?

We’d be happy to send you a receipt! Just click the orange chat icon on the bottom right and send a quick message with your JellyTelly account username and the date of your transaction, and we’ll send you a receipt!

What day will my payment method be charged?

The membership fee will be billed at the beginning of the paying portion of your membership or after the stated free trial period and each period thereafter unless and until you cancel your membership. We automatically bill your Payment Method each period on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paying membership except for Monthly memberships, as we define a Month as a 28 day period.

How do I cancel my subscription?

While we hope you choose not to, you can cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your JellyTelly account by doing the following:

  1. Go to www.jellytelly.com/login
  2. Log into your account by using your Username and Password
  3. Click on the Menu Icon on the top left-hand side
  4. Click "My Account"
  5. Re-type your password to access your profile
  6. You can then cancel your subscription by clicking the cancellation button **Please note, the cancellation will go into effect IMMEDIATELY**

I cancelled my subscription. Can I get a refund?

We DO NOT provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods, other membership type periods, or unwatched movies for tv shows. We do not provide prorated refunds if a membership is terminated before the completion date of annual, semi-annual, or monthly plan. For more details, please review our Terms of Use

Why is there a $0.50 charge on my account during my free trial?

The $0.50 charge you're seeing is a pre-authorization hold.  This is a preventative measure to ensure we're keeping fraud and scams out of our system.  This helps us keep JellyTelly a safe place for everyone!  The hold will be removed in 7 days.  Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns by clicking the chat box on the bottom right-hand corner.  

 


How can I be rewarded for sharing JellyTelly with my friends?

While logged into your JellyTelly account, choose “Refer a Friend” from the Menu. Enter your password, then you will see the options for referring a friend. The widget will allow you to share via email, Facebook, Twitter, or you can copy your direct referral link and paste it anywhere you’d like.

How does the referral program work?

When you share JellyTelly via your referral link or the sharing widget found in the “Refer a Friend” section of your account, you are sharing a link that is tagged with your membership information. When your friends join JellyTelly through that link, the system will track that and you will receive by email a $5 coupon that you can apply to your JellyTelly account. When you apply the coupon, a $5 credit will be placed on your account to be used for a future month of your membership.

Do I have to have a Facebook or Twitter account to share?

No, you can share via email by typing in your friends’ email addresses or you can copy your link and send it anyway you’d like.

Do I have to give JellyTelly access to my Facebook account to share?

You don’t. We are using an app called Friendbuy to facilitate sharing and rewards. Friendbuy will receive the following info from Facebook: your public profile, friend list, email address, birthday and likes. The app will never post to Facebook without your permission. You can revoke Friendybuy’s access at any time in Facebook. To avoid giving Friendbuy access to your Facebook account, you can copy your personal link (found at the bottom of the widget) and share the link in a status update that you create.

Do I have to give JellyTelly access to my Twitter account to share?

You don’t. We are using an app called Friendbuy to facilitate sharing and rewards. Friendbuy will be able to do the following: read Tweets from your timeline, see who you follow, and follow new people, update your profile, post Tweets for you. It will never be able to access your direct messages or see your Twitter password. You can revoke Friendybuy’s access at any time in Twitter. To avoid giving Friendbuy access to your Twitter account, you can copy your personal link (found at the bottom of the widget) and share the link in a Tweet that you create.
