Q : What are the technical requirements to watch videos at JellyTelly.com?

To enjoy videos at JellyTelly, you should have the following software installed on your computer:
* Windows XP, Vista, or Mac OS X
* Internet Explorer 7.0 or above, Firefox 2.0 or above, or Safari 3.0 or above
* JavaScript and Cookies must also be enabled.
* Latest Adobe Flash Player

You can upgrade to the latest Flash Player here: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

In addition, you will need an Internet connection with sufficient bandwidth. Our video streams adjust based on your bandwidth, but for the best quality viewing experience, a downstream bandwidth of 1000Kbps or higher is needed. You can test your downstream bandwidth at many websites. Search for “bandwidth test” on the web to find many of the most popular bandwidth test websites.

Because streaming video requires a fast Internet connections and fast processing, older computers with slow Internet connections may have trouble running the video at JellyTelly.com. A slow Internet connection would include dial up, ISDN, or DSL that runs slower than 1000Kbps. An older computer would include a PC processor slower than an Intel Pentium 4 2.33GHz (or equivalent) with 1GB of RAM or a Mac processor lower than a PowerPC G5 1.8GHz or Intel Core Duo 1.33GHz with 1GB of RAM.
